Chasing a dream

Donation protected
My name is Winter Wilderness Wallace and I am 13 years old. My entire life so far has been about helping my small tight knit family work there butt off to help me chase down my dream of playing sports at a high-level. This sounds wonderful but it has been quite stressful and constantly consuming. My mom works three jobs to help me pull this off, one of which is in special-education working with very disabled and unfortunate children. The hardest part for me regarding participating in this program is because of this exact situation my mom and now myself are in (I also work every single day for an hour with the intensive learning center). It is very important to me that everybody who reads this profile understands deeply that it doesn't sit well with me that I am trying to raise money for hockey when others need food and legs and homes and healthy bodies. I want you to know that I am very very aware of this and it hurts my heart every day that I witnessed people out there that are less fortunate than others. I can only do what I can do. I help. I care. It hurts me.
I live in a single income household because my mother is a single mother. A real single mother, meaning she doesn't get child support or have a break anytime. She is amazing. She is the greatest most hard-working mom I know. I tell her every day and she never stops trying and makes the best she can out of what money and food and time we have. She works three jobs, teaching special needs kids, taking care if people's homes, and teaching skiing. She will also tutor, she's sold much of our belongings, waitress, landscape, shovel snow, and whatever else she needs to do to feed us and pay for my sports. We go to the local food bank now and again to make it all work and it helps a lot. This area has good food that people waste and donate. My brothers and I receive Medicaid which really helps. This is it though! She does everything else alone. We need to be on payment plans and she volunteers to teach yoga at the rink to help get back for some financial aid for our hockey fees. I volunteer at the local rink to teach the 'learn to skate' program in exchange for some ice sessions to practice my skills. I had to stop lessons bc I couldn't afford them anymore and his is hurting my performance I think. I loved my lessons.
I have been thinking so hard about this all and the problem is she cannot work anymore or harder and I cannot help anymore. I only made enough  money this summer working to pay 350$ because I am only 13.  I wagon tourists luggage from the ferry their homes on fire island. She is tapped. We are out of ideas and this AAA is my lifelong dream. I convinced my mom to move my brothers and I to the city and she left her home and friends and connections just for me. She now just drives and works from dark until dark and wants so badly to help me more. My coach suggested this program. The organization I play for cannot give money to players my age and I must play this level now on I will miss the boat to get the proper training to be able to play at the college level and beyond which is my lifelong dream. I have to play AAA, this is what I am supposed to do. All I want is to play hockey and be a good boy. My brothers and mom have given up everything for me. I want this so badly I cry for it!
if you help me, I can promise you I will give back. I do now and will continue to give back! I will donate a percentage to Children's Hospital because that is the charity that breaks my heart most. Cancer took my grandfather's mom when he was only 12. He was only child and had a lonely life without his mom. I couldn't imagine this. My grandfather is like a dad to me because I don't have a dad. I really feel strongly about this. I can donate 10% of all my donations from you to children's. I will love this. The costs my coach projected for my team this year $10,225 due in increments from now until Feb 1st. The costs for the team is $6,500 now.. We've paid some and then the travel and tournament fees continue through the season. I will be private about your help or thank you forever. Whatever you want. I will wear a patch though on my jersey that represents fundme.com or 'you' and I'll never ever stop appreciating your help!
Thank you for all your time and contributions. I am a good person and a good son and a good citizen and a good student and a good friend and a good soul and a good hockey player. Thank you forever.
