The Umoja Health Wellness and Justice Collective is a non profit raising money to help support some of our participants during this pandemic. This Collective is specifically but not limited for POC to become aware of the racial, inter-generational, historical traumas and to build a narrative of resilience.
The collective offers the following:
*Men's and Women's Health and Wellness groups
*Culturally Aligned Peer Support Services
*Multi-Generational Healing through the Arts program
*Community-Based Wealth Building.
*Father to Father Empowerment program
*Solid Ground
*Rebuilding Through Healing Domestic Violence program
* Rights of Passage Virtual Learning Pod (K-12) City, County, and Charter Schools
*Foundations For Healing
The Umoja Health Wellness and Justice Collective exists to create Community through Connection and Culture.
Now we are seeking funding for capacity building in our organization. We are looking to create more opportunities for community members to engage in our programs and services. We provide top notch services at a below market rate in order to serve as many community members as we can. No one is turned away. We are asking for your support so that we can continue to do what we have been called to do.
