More information about Community Change: Community Change is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Nonprofit Mental Health Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.

Trina Ammons, continues to be a leader showing her vulnerability by knowing when it's time to ask for help. She suffers from PTSD from over 3 decades of service to the Knoxville Community. We need more initiatives like UN*IT influencing the influencers like Trina, who are our community leaders sacrificing to help everyone but while also with the need and ability to help themselves. Trina was actively employed by Knoxville EMS for 35 years serving the city and county. Her daily need to put the community first often left no time to properly take care of her physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social needs to help her balance the demands of being a first responder. Those daily sacrifices in the field also causes neglect in other areas of our lives, causing us to put sacrifices on ourselves, family, children, friends, health etc; leaving internal scars from ignoring our mental, spiritual, physical, social and overall wellbeing suffering.

Please take time to help my good friend and long time Lady Vol fan Trina hit her goal of raising $3,500 for her Revitalist Assisted Therapy.
