Uncle Derek and the Fields Family

Hi my name is Dennis , my brother Derek has unfortunately passed away from complications from his cancer returning. Derek leaves behind his Wife , his three week old baby boy who he was head over heels for , nieces and nephews who adored him , His mother, sisters and brothers and anyone who had the privilege of spending time with Derek. He was love in its purest form , he was joy and laughter, and he changed the life of anyone he was able to touch.

As I mentioned, Derek’s newborn son and wife must now pick up the pieces and live the life as Derek would have wanted them to. Money raised will go to helping Dereks wife and newborn son , as well as cover any potential funeral costs and anything else that can financially burden this already saddened family.
