Gary Peterson Cremation & Misc. Fund
Donation protected
On April 23, 2019, my twin brother, Gary Lee Peterson, passed away from pneumonia at the age of 67. Gary lived life with much humor, love, generosity and perseverance. He was born blind with cerebral palsy and yet thrived in life, enjoying music and good company. In 1993, around the age of 40, an electric blanket caught on fire when he was sleeping and he lost his legs as a result. It was a very difficult time for him yet with loved ones pressing him on, he continued to live life. One of my favorite memories of my brother is playing baseball with him. He wanted to play baseball so I would throw the baseball and when it was time to hit the ball I’d yell “hit!” and Gary would hit the ball. He also loved to swim. He was very much loved by his family.
Our parents, Cecil & Barbara Peterson, and our older brother, Dennis have passed on. Gary is survived by myself, Mark Peterson, my wife, Iveta, our daughter, Simona; our sister-in-law, Evelyn Peterson (Dennis's wife) and their son, Joshua; my daughters, Jenamarie & Paige and their families; and relatives of our parents.
My brother passed away without funds to cover his cremation and other expenses. I am seeking immediate financial help to pay for the costs of my brother’s cremation, renting a truck to pack his belongings and any other necessary means to close his estate and finally, to spread his cremations out in the Pacific Ocean. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
