Uncle John's Home & Funeral Expenses

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Lena and I'm John's niece. On September 29th, my uncle was involved in a horrendous accident where 70% of his body is covered in 3rd degree burns. At this time, he is at the hospital in a medically induced coma to receive treatment for his injuries. These injuries will take time to heal before he is able to resume working again. The doctors are unsure of when my uncle will be awake. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. 

He is the sole provider for his 3 children and my grandmother. With my uncle being in the hospital, his bills will start piling up. We have attempted reaching out to his mortgage company to seek an extension but are unable to receive any help.

I am creating this fundraiser to raise money to help my grandmother pay their bills during this difficult time. All money raised will go towards their housing and utilities for the upcoming months. Their bills will consist of mortgage, srp, water, and food/necessities that will be needed.

Update 10/05/2022: 

My uncle has passed away this morning. He fought hard until the very end. This fundraiser will be used for both their housing and funeral expenses. Thank you for all the prayers thus far.

I wanted to thank everyone who has prayed, donated, and shared to this fundraiser! My family is extremely grateful for each donation we have received. We have figured out the financial aspects of their housing and funeral expenses.
