This is a call to contribute to the annual budget for my portrait practice (30-40 portraits goal in 2025), as an artistic and spiritual practice. Capturing those soul stories that need to be heard thanks to the magic of unconditional witnessing, yet so seldom told.

The practice has its magic through the holding of a totally spontaneous space of connecting to your inner voice, your interior truth. Hence, rather than charging per client (that collapses the filming experience into a more controlled experience, with expectations), I far prefer to continue the funding based on a creative arts donations approach.

2025 has exciting project goals on the horizon:

Social Applications: Offering this process of soul narratives, to be gathered in community dialogue projects. I have been reaching out to peace and reconciliation contacts. I am now a qualified palliative care visitor, and will be offering narrative recordings to patients.
Technology Innovations: Based on my years in "narrative sensemaking" projects, I have been collaborating with an AI partner to build a conversational portal to all my 120+ portrait video edits. You can now have an interactive conversation with all the people I've filmed, and receive a unique composite edit of clips that respond to any question you ask of the body of narrative! Please contact me for a demo - we have a range of pilots for bodies of video archives, ranging from a well-known poet, to a well established Zen center in the USA.
Scaling Towards a Science of Story: The above innovations are built on deep philosophical research and principles in the social sciences...The InteriorTruth project seeks to integrate both the Arts and Sciences of our meaning making.
Travelling for Portraits at Events: It has been an important revelation for me to establish a process of attending conferences such as in the fields of science and consciousness, and run parallel filming sessions...when people are gathering together, it's a unique opportunity to take people out of their everyday context, and create a contemplative moment. 2025 has at least three key event opportunities in the pipeline (incl. Integral Theory Conference, Ubiquity University Science and Consciousness)

Commissioned portraits start at €650 for a 1.5hr remote* recording session and a 5min-10min edit. The original rushes are provided as part of the package and further edited versions can be done on quote. (*In person filming possible on quote.)
