Underwater Hockey World Championships in Malaysia

Hi, I’m George.

I have been playing underwater hockey for nearly 13 years and to have a chance to represent GB at my first ever world championships is a dream come true!

The team fly out on the 14th of July and the competition starts on the 19th. After a week of games, playing 11 other countries, hopefully we can walk away with a medal!

Due to the amateur nature of the sport, there is not any external fundraising from sports brands or organisations. This means that to be able to get out to Kuala Lumpur to play, almost £3000 has already been spent by every player on the team. This is why it would be so greatly appreciated if you could donate any money!
