unexpected expenses due to Janrick Bello accident

What started out as a fun family vacation from Aruba to the Rock Hill South Carolina for the Bello Family to enjoy some dirtbike riding and relaxed camping trip with new friends, Quickly turned their world upside down When their Son Janrick Bello was in a dirtbike accident and had to be rushed to Levines for emergency surgery due to It damaging nerves to his leg and cutting open his artery during the accident.   He has a long road to recovery.  His family and him were supposed to return to Aruba on Sunday as they had only planned for a short weekend vacation, which they are not able to return now due to Janrick's Condition and at this point they are unsure of when they will be able to return home. He is currently in Acoma and on a dialysis machine to filter out his kidneys and has already been through several surgeries.  Janrick's parents Janina and Orlando Bello haven't left his side and could use  the help  due to unexpected Dr bills, unexpected hotel stay, rental car, food,  and other things that may unexpectedly come up.   Anything would help even if its only a dollar.  Thank you all so much for the prayers for our new friends keep them coming.  If you cant afford to help at all please pray,  as this family has been through so much and in a different and strange place with a lot going on, on top of it all and they are a nervous wreck.
