Unexpected funeral cost for Larry Suggs

So this Christmas has been very hard on our family. Larry started getting ill in mid sept. with a constant headache and scalp sensitivity. Drastic weightloss followed, 20 lbs in a couple weeks. several trips to his dr. and a couple trips to ER later and he just got worse. MRI and CAT scans were taken to show it was not a recent stroke. But showed he had one a couple years ago about the time he lost the coffee shop. Also found a spot on his lung and gland. More dr. visits and another to ER . . and only more of the same meds for headache. . nothing strong enough for him to relieve the pain. Then confusion, forgetfulness and weakness; he started falling. Went to Riverbend for a biopsy early Nov. We also found out our 5 yr. old granddaughter needed a procedure to close a hole in her heart, which hasn't been done yet due to an infection in her mouth. Also had to put 2 of our (sons dogs) dogs to sleep right before Thanksgiving. and have been 'visited' by the county planning dept. because of my sons cars every month. Thanks to the new neighbors. Another 10 lbs of weightloss. Early this month, I had to call the ambulance to get him, non coherent. After hours at mercy, they couldn't do anything so I requested him to be transported to Riverbend in Eugene Springfeild. The next day he seemed pretty good. A lumbar tap was administered and had taken some pressure from his brain. Because that would clog; a brain tap was put in. because of covid restrictions, only one family member could visit per day. A week ago, after the drs. trying every medication and steroids the could think of, he started having small seizures, so put on meds to calm his brain and put on life support. The strokes continued, so yesterday my daughter and her family and I went to see his dr. upon the drs. request. The boys joined by facetime. Because of all that has happened to Larry, and his quality of life has disintegrated, his life support will be removed tomorrow. I will be with him . We are heartbroken to say the least. Please keep us in your prayers and thoughts. . .. and today on Dec 27th 2020 he had passed a little after noon today! All fund will go towards his funeral cost and any left over will go to my mom to help cover Bill's. Thank you for all of those that have donated.
