David Kollar & Arve Henriksen - Album Production
We prepared something special and unexpected. The material was created during COVID-19 quarantine lockdown. You might already know that, we had to cancel few live shows that we were looking forward to. For us, it is huge amount of energy that we are giving to our fans and fans are giving to us. Unfortunatelly, times are rapidly changed. Me and Arve had a frequent communication during creative process about curent situation and about art and music. We have manage to record 18 songs, isn't that incredible? The whole album mostly captures the mood and atmosphere of these days. For creation process we used our favorite instruments guitar and trumpets but besides of that we bring flavour and sound of bariton guitar and guitalele. I used special bows to create unique sounds. Also there are lot of signature style samples, voices processed in various ways. The new songs sounds like our previous album "Ilusion of a separate world" but we put something more that put entire work to different light.
We have a plan to make new album for you as soon as we can and we would like to ask you fans for tremendous support. We need fund profesional mixing and mastering of our new material. Also we would like to release CD hardcopies.
We greatly appreciate all your support so we hope you can make it with us.
Thank you for supporting your favourit artist
Sincerelly David & Arve

David Kollar
Slovak experimental guitarist / composer David Kollar emerges as one of the most intriguing figures on the European Avant-Garde /
Jazz scene in the last decade. His utterly unique
approach both to the guitar as an instrument and the contemporary improvising / compositional idioms are fascinating and completely innovative.
Kollar's numerous recording projects, both as a solo artist and as a collaborator, are milestones of contemporary European experimental music sphere and each of those discloses another facet of his complex and constantly developing musical identity and his artistic personality.
Kollar treats his music with a deep degree of seriousness and personal involvement, as if each and every one of his projects was not only his proverbial brain child but as if it was his actual offspring. He treats his instrument as a gateway between his complex ideas and their audible representation, the same way a sculptor treats the chisel or a painter the brush.
David has released ten expansive albums, book, scored 18 films and worked on many multimedia projects.
In 2015, David founded the band KOMARAwith Pat Mastelotto and Paolo Raineri. As a guitarist and sound designer, David has participated in two tracks on Wilson's latest album TO THE BONE (2017)– one of the top 10 best-selling albums in some countries around the world including Great Britain (The UK Albums Chart), USA (Billboard - Top Rock Albums Chart and The Independent Albums Chart), Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Switzerland and New Zealand. He also collaborated on the new album of Steven Wilson and Tim Bownes - Love You To Bits (2019)
David has a long list of albums and collaborations with many left-field artists to his name, including Eivind Aarset, Arve Henriksen, Erik Truffaz, Christian Fennesz, Steven Wilson, Tim Bowness, Pat Mastelotto, Trey Gunn, Gergo Borlai, Paolo Raineri, Simone Cavina, Marco Minnemann, ...
