Unexpected loss of the Vibrant Blanche Fehlberg
Donation protected
On March 16, 2023, my cousin, Blanche Fehlberg lost her life in a car accident. This is just 6 months after reeling the loss of her dad, Wayne Fehlberg. The emotional impact of her loss on her mom, siblings, and especially her children, Aislynn and Kirk is unbearable. Just six months ago they were trying to figure out funds to bury their husband, father, and Papa Wayne and now Blanche is gone.
Blanche never knew a stranger. She was vibrant, theatrical, spiritual, passionate, empathetic, and caring. Her future was bright, as she had just accomplished her dream of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from BYU-I in Marriage and Family Therapy and was in the process of applying to graduate schools for her Master's degree to become an MFT. Her daughter, Aislynn recently got engaged and is planning a wedding. Both she and Blanche were looking forward to a mother/daughter trip next month. Blanche had so much to look forward to.
The Fehlbergs grew up in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, moved to Citrus Heights, CA in 1991 and then moved to Colorado in 2008. In 2021, Blanche moved to Idaho for college. I can honestly say, Blanche has people around the world that knew and loved her.
This Gofundme was created as a small way to lift some of the financial burdens from her devasted family that were already grieving. Donations will go towards her plot, casket, embalming, transport, service fees, and headstone. Funds not needed for funeral and burial costs will go directly to her children, Aislynn and Kirk who must now navigate life without their mother. Any donation is greatly appreciated and makes a difference to the Fehlberg family during this difficult time.
Blanche's father, Wayne was buried on his father's birthday. Blanche will be buried next to her father on his birthday, March 31. A memorial service will be held on March 30 at 10 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2200 Stafford Drive in Ammon, Idaho and a graveside service at the Ten Sleep Wyoming Cemetery on March 31 at 11 AM.
