Unexpected out of pocket medical expenses

Im a former teacher and engineer from Southern California. I grew up in LA. I sued lausd for negligence that resulted in permanent physical damage to my body.

Currently I am facing a severe medical situation. The big C. My health plan is awful and i need to change it in February 2024. I have unexpected medical expenses that I cannot cover and this is a heartfelt appeal for those who can...to please help me.
