Unexpected Passing of Yong Yi

Yong Yi unexpectedly passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 51. We are all heartbroken about losing this father, husband, brother, son and friend. He served his country in the Marine Corps Reserves from 1993 to 1999. His pride and joys were his wife Anh of 15 years and sons Matthew 14, Justin 11 and Jaylen 2 years old. Aside from singing karaoke and hanging out with his friends, this gentle giant enjoyed practicing with and watching Justin and Matthew play basketball. His focus was always on his family, and he wanted nothing more than to see his boys grow up and succeed in school and in life.

Please consider making a gift in Yong's memory to the thing he most cared about -- his children . Any donation in support of these boys would be the best way we can think of to honor his memory.

Some of these funds will be put towards basic and immediate life needs, but we do hope to put a portion away so that the boys can continue their education and one day attend college, as Yong hoped they would.
