Unexpected Surgery, Need Assistance

So, I unexpectedly found myself in the hospital facing open heart surgery, and I'm going to be out of work for a while. I'm going to need help with our bills. This is the last thing I want or need at this time. And I hate to ask for help, but anything would help.
