Hi everyone,
As you have probably heard, on May 14th Linsey and Wes had to welcome and say goodbye to beautiful Deacon Hart McNew. He was 9lbs 1oz, 19.5 inches, and a perfect combination of them both.
I know how it feels to feel helpsless and not know what to say. I understand that all too well. Many people are asking the question, "How can I help?" Well, I'm glad you asked.
We want to organize a gesture of our love. Linsey mentioned she wanted to be on a beach somewhere and I know everyone would do anything in their power to send them there now if we could just snap our fingers. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, however we can help come together and raise money to cover the cost of the medical expenses and hope there is enough left over for them to use for a little getaway. I know that this will alleviate some burden and hopefully provide some comfort. I have set the limit to what I thought everything may cost, but all money raised, under or over the limit, will be given to Linsey and Wes immediately after the campaign has ended.
Linsey and Wes really feel how loved they are and cannot thank you enough for your continued thoughts and prayers. I know they will be able to thank each and every one of you very soon.
