Unfortunate Motorcycle accident recovery fund

Hi my name is John, my son was involved in motorcycle accident Sunday morning October 1. When he and few buddies was out riding. One of his buddies hit him from behind and the both went down.
My son was transported to the hospital and has been in the ICU since then. He has a long road of recovery. He has a fractured pelvis, ankle, elbow, ribs, and neck/spine. He has extensive road rash injuries along with an open wound on his shoulder from his exhaust. He went through one surgery to clean out the fractures in his ankle and elbow earlier this week and thankfully he will not have to undergo any more surgeries. Several of his organs did suffer damage from the accident and the doctors are continuing to watch them as they heal. Praying that in time he will adapt to a new norm.
He was told today he will be in a wheelchair and unable to work for 8-12 weeks due to not being able to walk. He is needing help to pay for his bills, mortgage, and medical bills that are all racking up as he continues to heal from the injuries sustained.
Update
Update on Lucas...they redoing the CT scan of his abdomen to check his organs. Still waiting for a room to open up upstairs where he can be released to a regular room. The way they are talking he "might" be able to come home before the weekend but that depends on what physical therapy says. We're still waiting on PT to come by and work with him to see what they say. Right now he's in his CT scan. He seems to be in better spirits today. After CT scan got word Lucas is has fluid buildup on his right lung & they are having to do a procedure in the ICU room to insert a tube in his chest to drain the fluids. The tube will stay in his chest for a few days & they will monitor his chest to see if it’s getting better.
Update on Lucas….
He’s been stepped down to a regular room on the trauma floor. They have stopped the suction on his chest tube & mentioned the tube should be removed in the next day or two. Nothing major is planned today other than him to rest & continue to heal. OT & PT are supposed to be bringing him a wheelchair where he can possibly go out & be wheeled around the halls of the hospital for a few minutes. Fingers crossed
