New home repairs needed after eviction!

(UPDATED) We are in desperate need of help again due to the living conditions at our trailer. As many of you already know, this trailer was the ONLY place we could find that would allow all our family to stay together (Me and my husband, 14 beloved cats and a cherished cockatiel) We searched tirelessly the entire 30 days we had to vacate our old home of nearly 10 yrs with no luck and had to ask for extension after extension from our previous landlord and took much abuse from him as a result! (Including him taking it upon himself to have our truck towed from the parking lot) Well, after all of this, we found a trailer that needed A LOT of work but all that mattered was we were no longer homeless and all of us could remain together!! The power didn't work, and my husband had to replace the entire breaker box (thank God he has electrical training from a previous job) there were holes in the floor, no bathroom sink, the shower wall kit had huge holes in it and covered in black mold that would NOT come off, it had to be replaced. Paneling missing, water leaks under the trailer and inside so bad the water Dept couldn't leave the water on. The stove and refrigerator needed replaced (there were rats nests in the stove and the fridge, I can't even put into words the condition and worse, the smell of it!!! And it needed painted badly. All of this just to make it safe to move in but there is still SO MUCH work that needs done!!! Major work that we just don't have the money for and this landlord has shown he's not going to fix or replace ANYTHING!! Now, you may ask why we don't just call the Health Dept or Housing Authority. Simple, we are grateful that all of our animals can stay with us and we're terrified if we call, the trailer (which is over 40 yrs old) will be condemned. Then the ONLY landlord within 50 miles of here that is ok with our animals will be so upset with us he'd never rent another place to us while this place was being repaired or not, he has about 5 trailers just boarded up from them being unsafe and unrentable!! So, here we are, needing to do repairs to this trailer ourselves in order to keep our family together but after putting more than $3,000 into this move already (Thank God for this campaign and good people who donated $2,000 of that but over $1,000 still came out of our lint filled pockets!) A quick rundown of what we're desperately needing help with... All the electrical outlets need replaced, all the lighting needs replaced (they're all original and hanging by wires) The bathroom floor needs replaced and the toilet because it's sinking down into the floor causing raw sewage to leak under the trailer Everytime we flush and that's making us all sick!! I've been sick for over a week and a few cats have diarrhea and vomiting which I KNOW is from the sewage fumes despite us keeping them out of there and keeping everything else sanitary. I also pour bleach down the toilet with every flush! The roof is leaking in 3 places so it needs patched at the very least. Most of the windows are leaking Everytime it rains. The steps leading to the front porch need replaced because they are falling in as well. The underneath of the whole trailer is staying wet and causing it to stay damp in here (which you know is NOT healthy either) So it all needs cleaned out, gravel needs spread under it and a vapor seal needs put on the bottom of the trailer to keep any additional moisture from seeping up into the trailer and that's going to be a big expense! That leads to all the underpinning needs replaced because there's sections missing and other sections are tore up and bent badly. I checked on pricing of underpinning alone and that's going to be around $400 and that's the lowest price I could find. These are all things that HAVE to be done in order for us to live here safely and we just do not have the money for it!! We can't even think of any way we could make it. So, the only option we have is to turn to asking for additional donations to complete the repairs needed. I'm not even asking for the full amount by far, just part of it to get at least the major issues resolved. Please, if you could spare ANY amount, nothing is too small, it all adds up! If all you can do is share our story or pray for us, that is also tremendously appreciated!! The levels may be different but many of us struggle in one way or another and need help from time to time. God Bless you all!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As of April, 10 (2019) we were informed that we are now on a month to month lease and that the new owners of our apt building will not be renewing the lease. They did this to every, single, tennant. We've been here nearly 8 yrs and then, for no fault of our own, we lost our stable home with our 14 cats, some of which are special needs. And our baby boy Rain, our cockatiel. We've bottle raised all of  our animals and we're all they've ever known. They are all family and are all VERY much bonded to each other, and to us! It would be devastating for them and us to be separated from even one! We MUST stay together!!!! They are my entire world and we are theirs! When I leave for only a few minutes, a few of them will cry out and pace and sit in the window watching and waiting for me. Our cats aren't socialized with anyone but me and my husband either. We have never had anyone in our home at all. They run and hide if someone knocks on the door. They could not be rehomed even IF that were an option which it's not!! We cannot live without each other! This is why Im begging you, if you can spare anything at all, even a few dollars, it would mean more than you could imagine! This came out of nowhere so we weren't able to prepare for it and they gave us the written notice to vacate the premises a few hours after we paid the rent. So we don't even have that money towards a move. Basically, we have nothing right now and only having a few weeks to come up with rent, deposit, utility deposits and won't be able to make it happen without asking for help! I hate asking, but under the circumstances, I have no other choice to keep us together and not living in an old abandoned house! Yes Im very much serious! If you can't spare anything to donate, please at least share our story and campaign with anyone you can. The further our story spreads, the better our chance of success. Im literally begging anyone who is reading this to help us! PLEASE!! In ANY way you can . Whether it's a donation, an offer to rent to us, a referral to a place we could rent, a share, positive energy our way or a prayer even.
