Help Abimael walk again

My fiance got in a car accident in June of 2014. He had neck pains after the accident and had spinal surgery on September 2014.Here in Puerto rico medical attention and services like rehabilitation centers lack due to insurances being able to cover stays financially . Right now Abimael needs help financially in order to cover the deductible for a wheelchair and a lifter which equals to $2,500.00. Abimael's parents have almost exhausted their retirement funds in order to help their son. We are doing everything we can to help him but it has come down to financial difficulties.
