Panther Rugby Fans: WE NEED YOUR HELP!

 

The UNI Men’s Rugby team has made their way to the National Collegiate Rugby tournament! After a historic regular season, our boys need your support more than ever.

 

Our first two rounds of nationals (Sweet 16 and Elite 8) are held in Charleston, South Carolina. After a season’s worth of match fees, equipment purchases, and travel, we don’t have the funds currently to send our team to compete in the national tournament. Seeing as this is the opportunity of a lifetime for these players, we are calling on all fans, family, friends, and alumni to contribute to our nationals gofundme!

 

After speaking with multiple travel agencies, hotels, and charter bus companies the estimated cost of the trip sits around $8,000. These Costs will go directly to our lodging fee and team meals for all players Wednesday through Monday of next week. Any extra money collected will go directly towards team meals and equipment needed to support our boys during the trip.
