The focus is on helping the homeless kick DOPE. I have a willing participant named "Downtown Chris" No surprise, there is a 'unique' modality for this recovery program. You see, Downtown Chris has been to rehab SEVEN ( 7 ) times and yet, he is still shooting herion, Those have been 'EPIC FAILURES'. I'm not sure he had enough pain and suffering the first seven times around. Why is this different?
