Unite for Caleb: Support His Recovery
Donation protected
Our beloved Caleb French was in a tragic accident on February 4th. He was running an errand at the airport on an electric scooter when the scooter lost control, causing him to crash. Caleb suffered a traumatic brain injury and has been unconscious ever since. He was rushed to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where the doctors performed an emergency brain surgery. He suffered multiple skull fractures and is in a coma.
Caleb, the son of Renee and Robert French, is only 20 years old. He graduated from Hamilton High School, where he participated in the Hamilton Gliding Club. Caleb's dream was to become a pilot, and he spent many years working towards that goal. Just last week, he received his commercial pilot's license. We don't know if he will ever be able to fly again.
We are asking for your help to give Caleb the best chance at recovery. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in covering his medical bills and ensuring he receives the critical care he needs. Your support will also help provide his family with funds to cover travel and hotels so they can be with Caleb while he's in the hospital. Please share this campaign with your network to help us bring Caleb home and on the road to healing. Your generosity will provide hope during this incredibly challenging time.
Update Feb 12
A huge thank you to everyone who has already contributed. The doctors have informed us that Caleb will need at least 6 months - one year of rehabilitation. We have increased the goal to help cover the additional medical bills and expenses. Thank you for your support.
