United 4 Ukraine

Several weeks ago, we learned that we had family living in Ukraine who were facing fear for survival amongst the escalating attacks from Russia.
 
Gary Wasserson flew over to Poland, connected with folks on the ground within Ukraine, and was able to extract the family to safety in Poland. The son and mother of the family stayed behind to defend their country, while the others were able to seek sanctuary over the border.
 
We couldn’t leave it at that!  Our family goal and intention is to protect every life that we can, and support anyone seeking help in their journey to safety. We are putting our funds behind several experienced and highly effective “boots on the ground” teams and organizations that we have been successfully working with.
Our initiatives in Ukraine include:
·      help innocent civilians flee Ukraine to seek refuge in neighboring countries
·      secure safe housing for families that have relocated outside of Ukraine
·      donate to organizations helping to provide structure, heat and support to the millions of people crossing the borders 
·      bolster the humanitarian system with medical training and supplies for those staying within Ukraine

We appreciate you joining us in our journey on this mission to impact, shelter, and support as many lives as possible in this time of tragedy and terror.  We will be updating the campaign regularly as the needs on the ground evolve. We hope for peace soon!
