UniteLCF (Sagebrush)

Dear Sagebrush Neighbors and Supporters,

I am once again writing to you to ask for your help
and support to meet out-of pocket expenses continually
incurred by our invaluable volunteer Sagebrush Petition
Committee members led by Tom Smith as Chairman
acting on our behalf in accomplishing a school district
territory transfer.  As of today, there remains only $406
in the Sagebrush expenses account.  The committee
continues to work tirelessly and without pay to get the
Sagebrush area of La Canada Flintridge into the
La Canada School District.

The petition hearing is scheduled for Oct. 2, 2019 with
the County School District Committee, hopefully with
a decision in our favor.  The majority of the additional
funds needed will be used for a Court Reporter to
create a transcript of the hearing, and possible copying
costs for documents for the Committee members,
door flyers, banners and yard signs.

The funds will be used strictly to reimburse their
expenses, not as payment for the hours they have
put in as volunteers.  Tom has provided me a
spreadsheet of their expenses since their effort
began so be assured the use of the funds raised
previously has been fully documented.

We would appreciate your help and hearing from
you ASAP..
