Hello Uni High Warriors & Wildcat Alum,
Having graduated from there in 1978 (as a Warrior), I am going back to take over the Head Baseball Coaching job! Crazy right? Amazing right? What a Wonderful perfect give back opportunity for me. Now, I want to turn this into an 'US' give back opportunity, so come along into 'OUR' time machine!!
Uni is much different now, there is still a wide range of diversity at the school but the socio-economics have changed. Let's make a difference! For starters we don't have a baseball field anymore (for those who didn't know). We have limited everything, but I have 35 young men who love baseball and want to represent their school. They're showing a great commitment and willingness to tackle obstacles and face circumstances that are much different today. I want to reward them for that commitment. I am reaching out asking for financial assistance to buy equipment, entry-tournament fees, team shoes, baseballs, portable pitching mounds, protective screens and improve our miniscule training area. I built them a batting cage over Thanksgiving and their reaction was of great gratitude, now it's time to fill in the rest. Come help me grow this program that our school deserves.
