48 Hour Row - University of Plymouth Rowing Club

We are a university rowing team raising money for the charities Love Rowing and Plymouth Sports Charity Limited, as well as funding for our student run club.

 

Love Rowing is a sports charity aiming to improve accessibility to rowing in underrepresented communities.

Plymouth Sports Charity is a local charity providing education on fitness, exercise and coaching with the aim of improving the wellbeing of its consumers. Plymouth Sports Charity has created a platform that has had a lasting impact on the community.

We are undertaking the challenge to row non-stop for 48 hours, with all members of our club taking it in turns to participate. We will be doing this on the Hoe during the day and in one of the university buildings over night. We are fundraising to put money towards buying our first boat!
