UNLEASH THE FURY- FOR THE LOVE OF WES JOHNSON

The voice you know… has been temporarily silenced. But the heart that has given so much to so many of us still beats- and needs our help right now.

You’ve heard his voice at every Washington Capitals game for 25 years, as he UNLEASHES THE FURY and announces every goal and penalty. You’ve heard him as the official voice of America’s Most Wanted, or the many characters he’s created for the Elder Scrolls, World of Warcraft, Star Trek: Legacy & Conquest, Fallout 3 & 4.

You know his voice from his years as “WILD WES” on the legendary 99.1 WHFS.

You’ve seen him on television shows like Veep, Homicide:Life on the Street, Unsolved Mysteries, The Wire, Space Ghost, and America’s Most Wanted.

You’ve seen him in movies- For Richer or Poorer, Head of State, A Dirty Shame and The Invasion.

But now- we need to be there for Wes.

On Wednesday, Jan. 22nd, Wes volunteered to host a benefit event for the National Alzheimer’s Association in Atlanta. He flew down and checked into his hotel room- but something happened and he didn’t make it out of the hotel.

When he didn’t show up at the event, his wife Kim tried desperately to get in touch with him. It took hotel security to enter his room and discover him unconscious and barely alive.

EMT crews struggled to find a pulse.

Right now, Wes continues to battle for his life in an intensive care unit.
