Unstoppable Todd Roff

Friends and family have reached out to Kim, Kasey Rae and Dusty, asking if there is something they could do at this time challenging time. Many have requested a GoFundMe, as such her it is.

Todd Roff sustained a large stroke on Sunday, June 11th at 8:15 in his family's home.

That day, Todd had enjoyed a dinner with his wife, Kim and friends, most certainly, laughter was involved. The Glimes has just stopped by to say, hello, and all was well, until Todd collapsed in the family garage. Kim was fortunately present. She immedately contacted highly trained neighbors who arrived to the home and Integrity rapidly transfered Todd to Dickinson Hospital, where his work family treated him and rapidly transitioned him to a Stroke Center.

Todd was immediately Air Lifted to St. Vincents where a large continuous clot filling his atria, which had then progressed to his L carotid then MCA and PCA, was removed via urgent thrombectomy.

Todd's extended family are located in Green Bay, so the family fortunately, had immediate support for tears, hugs and prayers.

By the following morning, Todd could recognize his family, providing a 1/2 smile and smootching his nephew's hand. Kasey Rae needed to remove her rings, as he was showing off his grip strength.

Kasey understanding the severity of his stroke, feared he would die in the days ahead, as his brain swelled, bled into the stroke and herniated.

All the while those who love and care for him prayed and sent well wishes.

Certainly, given the impact Todd Roff has had on the lives of so many, thoughts and prayers toward the heavens may have overloaded the circuits to the heavens.

Todd's spirit continues to be victorious.

Instead of a craniotomy or burr hole, Todd with the support of Mannitol and concentrated Normal Saline (medications for brain swelling), by day 3-4 the swelling improved, the shift ceased, and Todd began to talk, smile, and get up on his own (against instructions of course).

Unstoppable.

Todd is expected to be in Rehab in Green Bay for 6 weeks for Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy.

Devoted wife Kim is always at his side.

Todd, being social, welcomes guests.

It is likely that Todd may in fact host a party or two while in rehab.
