Unterstütze Christian und Kerstin nach dem Brand

Am 26.6.2021 stand eine schwarze Rauchwolke über dem Strand von St. Peter Ording, die schon von Weitem sichtbar war. Dort brannte das Wohnmobil, ein wunderschöner Orion, von unseren Freund:innen Christian und Kerstin aufgrund eines technischen Defektes völlig aus.

Christian und Kerstin betreiben eine mobile Kitesurfschule und der Orion war nicht nur „ein Wohnmobil“, sondern ihr Zuhause und ihr Arbeitsplatz. Sie brachten gerade einer Gruppe Kindern aus Husum das Schwimmen bei, als sie am Strand Rauch aufsteigen sahen.

Von dem Orion und ihren persönlichen Gegenständen, wie Handys, Laptops, (Segel/Surf-) Kleidung und Erinnerungsstücken, ist nach dem Brand nichts mehr übrig. Auch der Kalender für die gesamte Saisonplanung ist verbrannt. Glücklicherweise blieb es bei dem Sachschaden und niemand wurde verletzt. Edit: Eine Person, die beim Wegfahren der Autos in unmittelbarer Nähe des Orions geholfen hatte, erlitt eineRauchgas-Intoxikation und wurde im Krankenhaus behandelt. Die Person ist bereits wieder entlassen worden. 
An dieser Stelle auch noch mal ein großes Dankeschön an die Rettungskräfte und Helfer:innen vor Ort!

Wer die Surfschule „Kiteguide-SPO“ und die beiden kennt, weiß wieviel Herz und Arbeit dahinter steckt und kennt ihre Großzügigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Der Verlust des Orions ist sowohl emotional als auch finanziell ein harter Schlag (leider gab es auch keinerlei Versicherung, die den Schaden begleichen wird).  Um den Verlust finanziell auszugleichen werden insgesamt etwa 30.000 Euro benötigt. Deshalb benötigen wir jetzt eure Unterstützung! Eine Spende, ob klein oder groß, oder ein Weiterleiten der Kampagne ist dabei eine große Hilfe!

On 26.6.2021 was a black cloud of smoke over the beach of St. Peter Ording, which was visible from far. There the motorhome, a beautiful Orion, of our friends Christian and Kerstin burned out completely due to a technical defect.
Christian and Kerstin run a mobile kitesurfing school and the Orion was not only "a camper", but their home and workplace. They were teaching a group of children from Husum how to swim when they saw smoke rising on the beach.
Nothing is left of the Orion and their personal belongings, such as cell phones, laptops, (sailing/surfing) clothes and memorabilia, after the fire. Even the calendar for the entire season's planning burned. Fortunately, it remained at the property damage and no one was injured. Edit: While helping to move cars that were parked nearby, one person suffered a flue gas intoxication and was treated in hospital. The person has been discharged already. At this point, a big thank you to the rescue workers and helpers on site!
Who knows the surf school "Kiteguide-SPO" and the two, knows how much heart and work is behind it and knows their generosity and helpfulness. The loss of the Orion is a hard blow both emotionally and financially. To compensate the loss financially, a total of about 30,000 euros is needed. That's why we need your support now!
