We are broken and devastated by the sudden passing of my baby brother, Hashim Irshaad Gaither. My family and I are mourning his transition with immense pain.
If you knew my brother, you knew that Hashim’s energy and smile were infectious. His aura lit up EVERY room. My brother was greatly loved by soooo many. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life was truly something special. He brought joy to the lives of all that he knew. I don’t know anyone that had as many friends as my brother. To those friends, I see you, feel you, hear you and will always be praying for you.
Hashim was a ray of light, a listening ear, the perfect son, the perfect little brother and absolutely the life of the party! Although his untimely death brings us unmeasurable pain, God has declared that his purpose here on earth is fulfilled.
In the days to come, my family and I will be working tirelessly to provide my brother with the proper homegoing service that he so very much deserves. Hashim’s homegoing service will exemplify his joyous, loving and free spirit. Baby brother, you will live on forever. We will honor your life with every day that passes.
