UNTITLED HORROR SHORT IN PITTSBURGH

Hi, we are two female filmmakers making big films with small budgets. We are based in Pittsburgh and aspire to create films that elevate this city with creativity, inspiration, and entertainment. Our films focus on big issues stemming from our experiences in the world, and we feel passionate about telling stories that can change the world in positive ways.

The film you will be funding with this GoFundMe is a modern-day spin on classic horror tropes, told from the perspective of queer femme voices. Our producer, Ellie, began writing this script two summers ago and has brought it to a place where we can't wait to share it with the world!

Donating to this film will bring opportunities to independent filmmakers in Pittsburgh, up-and-coming actors in Pittsburgh, and other creatives, such as make-up, set design, costume design, lighting, and music artists here in this city. The film industry is often concealed with smoke and mirrors, and the narratives are always about how hard it is to break in as professionals in the industry of storytelling.
