Help Updog HTX recover from Houston Thieves

I hate asking for help but this morning at 6am my food trailer was stolen from our location and vandalized/damaged. We have been open for 4 months and I have put everything into this business of mine. Luckily I was able to locate the trailer and the suspects and the HCSO deputies were able to apprehend the suspects and take them to jail. The only issue is that now I am stuck trying to quickly get enough funds to replace/fix everything to hopefully open by Thursday or Friday at the latest (weekends are always the busiest) or I am afraid that I may have to shut down for good. I have to replace the Menu on the outside, replace all the food and materials, have the wiring for the brakes fixed since they decided to cut those for some reason, and replace all the various things. Anything will help. If you know me then you know this is the last thing I want to do but the only way to go from here is Up..dog. Thank you Houston and hope to see you this weekend (god willing)
