Upgrade the AC in Chabad of The Woodlands

Over 30 campers were having a ball of a summer, at our Camp Gan Israel!

......... and the compressor on the 5-tonne unit dies when it's 99 degrees.

So staff bring up the grand all-day trip to Kemah so that campers are off-site. No sweat for Chabad (pun intended). And by the time their bus returns, a new AC unit is humming away and cooling the building.

But that cost Chabad quite a few dollars (thankfully our landlord helped nicely). And while we were at it, we realized that there is duct-work that also needs to be reworked to optimize both systems.
