Most people visiting this page already know who I am, and a little bit about the channel, but for the sake of being thorough... here are the facts.

About 8 months ago (November of 2022) the Upper Echelon YouTube channel published a video, pertaining to the shady activities of "Mario Nawfal".

Funnily enough, being called “shady” was something Mario Nawfal took serious issues with, despite the fact that his own prior business venture “We Are Growth Hackers” used “unconventional shady marketing tactics” as per their very own branding.

Mario Nawfal is a rising celebrity on Twitter, with a history in crypto, Venture capital, and other entrepreneurial activities, but after digging into the situation it became clear that those activities were extremely suspect.

What followed, was a series of 7 videos, closely examining the behavior of Mario Nawfal, and the allegations against him that were subsequently made by multiple former executives at his companies.

Numerous sources, tremendous amounts of internal documents and whistleblower testimony followed which led to numerous lawsuit threats, now culminating in a legitimate filing that alleges over 10 million dollars in damage.

Mario Nawfal is attempting to discredit sources and whistleblowers, after summarily admitting that his only goal is to bleed me financially in court.

This is a blatant assault on free speech, exploiting the legal system so that someone with more money can stifle criticism. That criticism is based on witness testimony, whistleblower evidence, internal documents and a collection of additional material from numerous sources.

The document attempts to disprove claims made in the video, but discerning viewers will (and should) draw their own conclusions based on the evidence provided.

Due to the scope of the case, I have carefully considered the options, and chosen to implement this fundraiser.

I am asking for your support as I combat a series of claims that have far-reaching implications.

Mario Nawfal has been directly promoted by Elon Musk himself, while his show is now visited by sitting US politicians, billionaires, and industry CEOs. Meanwhile, he has filed multiple lawsuits against those attempting to expose the truth, using money and perceived power to squash their collective voices.

I am a firm believer in the phrase “Pick Your Battles”... and this battle is worth picking.
