UPS Shop Steward, Feeder Driver Robert Hackl

On Thursday 9/14/23 Rob Hackl was rushed to the hospital by his wife & son. An immediate EKG showed he had suffered a massive heart attack (also known as the “widowmaker”) 100% blockage in his LAD artery. He was life flighted to St Luke’s Bethlehem and sent right into surgery. By the grace of God doctors were able to revive him after he coded on the table and so far surgery looks to have been a success. Rob is not only a devoted husband & father to 4 children, a UPS Employee but he is also a Volunteer Firefighter in our community. He will need to go through extensive cardiology rehabilitation but doctors are confident that in time he will make a full recovery.
