Uptown Egg Rolls At Summer Festivals!

This all started one day when a couple of friends, Kent Thomas and Michael Irpino, were having lunch at a Chinese restaurant and the thought occurred to them, "Why can't they just shove the walnut shrimp inside the egg roll?"

What started out as a goofy idea between friends has now turned into a line of specialty egg rolls (both fried and baked) that are ready for an audience!

Summer festivals in Chicago are a fantastic way to test market our product and make enough money to start some catering.  All we need to do is to get to that first festival (Andersonville Midsommarfest, Jun. 7-9) which will catapult us to the next one so we really need your help!

"But wait!", you're thinking.  "What types of these wonderous egg rolls will be served at the aforementioned festivals?"  Hey, we're glad you asked!  Here's just a few:

-  Buffalo Rangoon (buffalo chicken & ranch spiced cream cheese)
-  The Rueben (shredded corn beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese in a rye wrapper)
-  Italian Garden (egg plant, squash, zucchini, tomato basil paste)
-  The Carolina Sandwich (bbq pulled pork & cole slaw)
-  S'mores (marshmallow cream, fudge, graham crackers)

And now you must be thinking, "I'm intrigued!  So, tell me how you're gonna spend the money."

Not a problem.  Here's the short list:

- Festival fees (ouch!)
- Commercial kitchen rental
- Ingredients
- Licenses
- Equipment rental
- Truck rental

So now you're all like, "WOW!  You guys are an awesome amount of awesomeness!  So what do I get for my hard earned cash?"
