Nicks' Top Surgery

hi there! my name is Nick, I'm an 18-year-old autistic trans masc from the UK and I have been medically transitioning for 2 years now and recently moved onto testosterone injections. Top surgery is my dream and main goal for my transition but I'm not in a place financially where I can do that.

Due to my being autistic and having mental health issues I can't work and earn a regular income which had living challenges in itself, but my need for Top Surgery is becoming more important.

I was diagnosed with a heart condition about 1 and a half years ago, which landed me in resus in hospitals 3 times. Due to this, i can't bind anymore as it triggers a heart episode, but my dysphoria has been worsening, threatening my mental and physical health as well.

i would appreciate anything you can give and would be so thankfull if you could share this around
