Support Trevor's Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
**Update:
Trev is currently in the hospital for another round of more aggressive chemo. It has made him nauseous and exhausted. He’s lost his hair, but not his sense of humor. They are still working on the stem cell transplant. If you’ve already made a donation, thank you! If you haven’t been able to yet, please consider doing so now. Claire is now working at McDonald’s in Whitney, and Hayden is getting loved on by gma Judy, pops, uncle Dominic and aunt Taylyn when mom is working. Trev is still working on the stem cell transplant. Hopefully that’ll be arranged soon.if you’re a praying person, please pray for them. The fund collected are being used towards medical bills, but also daily life expenses. Love and hugs to all!

Original: Trevor and his family are sweet, loving and hard working. His wife Claire is an amazing mom to their son Hayden.
Trevor was diagnosed with testicular cancer in May, and had surgery the next day to remove his testicle. Then he started chemo. He went through 12 weeks of chemo. The cancer had spread. He had a tumor in his abdomen and some spots on his lungs.
All through chemo, Trevor continued to work. He lost his hair, but overall felt ok. So far, Trevor has been able to keep up with his bills, including medical bills. When this situation began, Trevor had a healthy savings account which is now gone. And last week Trevor was laid off. Ordinarily he’d be out job hunting, but he can’t until he gets over the next hurdle.
While the tumor in Trevor’s abdomen is considerably smaller and the spots on his lungs are almost gone, his markers are going up. So, Trevor’s oncologist has said he needs to go to UTSW in Dallas where he’ll have to stay as an inpatient for 30 days and get more aggressive chemotherapy. He can’t go job hunting until this is over. Claire has been able to be a stay at home mom until now. She’s searching for something now. In the meantime, they need help getting bills paid and to have his co-pay for the hospital. He didn’t have insurance when this began, but he has found a policy that will go into effect Oct 1.
Trevor and his family live well within their means… they had no reason to expect a situation like this. Trev just turned 26 in June. He’s young and hardworking. Claire is sweet and caring, and Hayden is 4, and the sweetest and cutest 4-year-old I know. He started pre-K in August. He’ll be 5 in January.
