Restoring A Detroit Food Hub

Helping to re-develop a blighted Detroit neighborhood restaurant. This use to be the neighborhood food hub. A place to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Now it's just a shell. Let's bring it back to life..but better. The new place will include an open-air market space for locals to sell their home grown and home made products, food trucks and entertainment. My goal is to allow the small vendor to utilize the lot for sales, in order for them to grow their own businesses. For starters, the building needs the basics: roof repairs, power, water, windows, and a cooling system in order for it to up to city code.  Please give whatever you can.
