Urgent: Aid for Caidy and Ronald's Reunion

My name is Courtney, and if you know my family at all, you know the battle my sister and her family have been fighting for years. Most recently, Caidy and Ronald have been separated geographically; Caidy and Josiah here in the states, and Ronald and Elsie in the Philippines. Paperwork, red tape, politics, natural disasters, and even global epidemic have caused this process to be painstakingly long.

Though currently awaiting approval for expedition, we fear Elsie and Ronald will soon need to split as well. Ronald's paperwork has moved through the system significantly faster than Elsie's, putting Elsie at risk for being left behind in the Philippines.

The Q family has a great lawyer working very diligently, and they've all become very well versed in the options. The next steps are quite costly. Attorney fees, humanitarian parole fees, international travel expenses, etc are all going to be part of this next step, and in a hurry.
