Hello, My name is Hatice and I am a student at the University of Northampton doing my master's in Youth and Community Leadership. As you have seen from the news Turkey has been getting through really difficult times and as a Turkish national living here I want to help as much as I can.

The recent earthquakes in Turkey have had a devastating impact on the communities affected. 10 cities have been affected and now people are desperately in need of basic necessities such as heaters, clothing, and medicine. As the weather turns colder, it is imperative that we act quickly to provide relief to those who are struggling.

My Full name is Hatice Subasi and I will try to fundraise money for people who are in Antakya/Hatay which is one of the very deprived areas right now; the roads were collapsed and the airport is closed. I will use the money for buying equipment such as heaters/tents/medicines and give them to the nongovernmental organizations(https://ahbap.org/ https://www.akut.org.tr/) to buy big equipment to use in excavations.
