Jeffrey Miner Memorial Fund

Since posting this yesterday unfortunately Jeffrey’s organs continued to shut down and he passed away this morning at 6:10am. Wende was with him and said she could tell he knew she was there with him and his passing was peaceful. Please continue to pray for Wende as she moves through this time of grief and change, and consider a donation, as memorials can be expensive. This morning, our good friend Wende reached out to share that her husband Jeffrey is in the hospital and very sick. He's not felt good for 2 days, and yesterday afternoon, Wende found him unresponsive in their home. He was brought to the hospital where he was placed in the ICU and put on a ventilator.

Overnight, his kidneys and liver began shutting down, and severe infection has continued to spread. He was airlifted to Fargo this morning where they have continued to keep him on a ventilator, while trying to bring up his BP, control his oxygen, and fight the septic shock & pneumonia. They have also begun a very slow dialysis, in the hopes that his body can tolerate it. At this point the doctors are saying it's his only chance for survival.

Wende is getting things in order back home today and plans to drive over to stay with Jeffrey for the foreseeable future in the morning. She is facing a number of unexpected expenses, including lodging, food, travel, time away from work, and mounting medical expenses as they fight to get Jeffrey healthy again.
