Urgent appeal for long term sponsorship

In the past 5 years, Animal Friends of Turkey (AFOT) have rescued nearly 500 neglected or abandoned dogs from the streets of Turkey, giving them loving forever homes.

Sadly, however, not all dogs are suitable for rehabilitation into a home life due to poor conditions, lack of proper socialization or abuse. Currently, we have four dogs that are facing long term sponsor because they are unable to be put up for adoption at this time. These dogs need specialist care for their unique circumstances.

Each dog costs over £150 a month to care for, and we urgently need your help to raise funds so that we can continue to provide a safe home for these four beautiful big dogs. Watch our video to find out more about how you can help.

We’re asking for donations to help with the long-term care for four dogs. Unless we raise the funds we need, we’ll be unable to provide a safe future for Tyson, Lennox, Leo and Cooper.

Just £10 will buy food for Tyson for a week.

Just £25 will buy Leo a flea and worming treatment.

Just £25 will provide Lennox shelter for a week.

Just £30 will buy Cooper his yearly kennel cough vaccine.
