My family was ambitious and loved life. We each had our own room in which we put our dreams, goals, and plans for the future. Life was going normally. Some of us went to work and some of us went to our university, but I went to my high school, which I waited for. I entered it impatiently. I was one of the outstanding students and loved science very much. Until that day came the Gaza war that destroyed everything. We fearfully emigrated from our homes without saying goodbye. We left everything and were displaced from one area to another several times. 8 But 9Many times we suffered a lot. We lived through famine and the pain of separation, fear and sadness, and here we are in the tents, where the problems are endless and the sadness is deeper than before. We no longer have that beautiful house, nor the happy smile, there is no longer a gathering of our loved ones, and our dreams that have been shattered and have become... Impossible, so it no longer has any value. What about my elderly parents and their diligence and work throughout their lives that they put into their business? Then the entire place is simply destroyed, and the fatigue of the years disappears in a few seconds, leaving no source of income for them. What did they do to you?

They do not live their best times with comfort and pleasure like the rest of the adults in the world. Why do they have to suffer at their age? They and I are all just people. We loved life and wished to achieve our dreams in it. We travel like others, meet friends, learn at the best universities, work with all our effort, live comfortably, but we are deprived of... I want to study high school and live its moments like everyone else Girls my age, then I worked hard to enter the best universities abroad, and my educated brothers who were working hard and everyone praised them, when people like them who were committed and loved to work had their workplace destroyed and their career path stopped forever, what about them, why they are not able to live their youth like the rest of the young people in the world, why do they have to? That they suffer in their youth, what about our house that has become ruins, what about our dreams that we built in it, and many, many questions. In the end, a country that you do not feel safe in will not achieve your dreams in it. Give us back our happy lives. Bring back life to my family.
