Urgent Assistance for my mother, Katuono Vaka

Family and Friends,

My name is Nicole; I am Katuono Vaka's daughter. Some of you know her as ‘Telesia Perry’.

It is with great sadness that I inform you that my mother’s cancer has advanced aggressively, and so we are urgently preparing for the inevitable.

My brother and I were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service and so we are asking for your support. We have exhausted the majority of our funds covering associated medical and pharmaceutical expenses. We would love nothing more than to pay tribute to our mother with the funeral she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am asking for donations to help cover the cost of her funeral arrangements. We would like to accomplish this as soon as possible so that we are prepared.

The funds will be used for her funeral in Australia, including mortuary care, chapel reservation, coffin, cremation costs, administration fees, filing of death certificate, return of ashes and flowers.
