Help Kay And Her Boys Keep The House

Hey there! I'm Kay, and I'm raising funds to get me through the next month, specifically my rent.

I've been on leave from work due to complications of several medical conditions. I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and Dysautonomia. These play havoc with my whole body, but most recently have severely affected my heart, balance, equilibrium, and ability to sleep. I'm going 48+ hours at a time without sleep, along with extremely high heart rates which leave me breathless, dizziness that can prevent me from even sitting up, as well as me suffering repeated falls. I'm currently under the care of four different doctors and we're hoping to find a long-term solution.

Which brings me to my current problem. I have exhausted all of my savings since I've been off work for eight weeks now. I've been fighting with UNUM for my short-term disability for weeks, and rent is coming due, along with my car insurance and utilities. If it were just me, I wouldn't worry as much. I could live out of my car. But I have two boys, Andrew and Aiden, and I want to keep them in our house, fed, and safe. I need help. Please give if you can so we can pay our rent. Any excess will go directly to car insurance and utilities. I'm hopeful that my disability payment will come through in the next couple of weeks, but until then, we need to survive.
