Urgent!!! Bathroom damp and daughter’s disabled

Hi everyone - my name is Lynn and I live in a bungalow in Benfleet. I am desperately needing financial help to get a wet room for my daughter who has Cerebral Palsy and in a wheelchair. Our bathroom has bad damp issues and water leaking into our airing cupboard and hall from the bathroom that a cowboy builder previously fitted and did not put a large enough drain in and the slope was insufficient for the amount of water from the shower. I have no savings and the council cannot help. I am desperate as we cannot use our bathroom in its present state. PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US AS WE WOULD BOTH BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO BE ABLE TO USE OUR SHOWER!!! THANK YOU AND KIND REGARDS TO YOU ALL!
