Justice for Malachi Mitchell Help Fight for Truth!

On January 29, 2024, our beloved Malachi Mitchell was taken from us in an act of senseless violence. At just 21 years old, Malachi was full of life, love, talent, and purpose. He was shot during what was supposed to be a legal firearm transaction, targeted by someone he knew and trusted. Despite the circumstances, no one has been held accountable. Since that day, our family has been fighting an uphill battle for justice. We’ve faced silence from the justice system, deeply disturbing mishandling of the crime scene, and heartbreaking trauma that no mother, sibling, or loved one should have to endure.
 We are raising funds to help cover the growing costs of:

• Hiring a private investigator to uncover the truth 
  
•  Legal fees as we continue to push for charges and accountability
• Mental health and grief counseling for Malachi’s mother and siblings 
• Ongoing advocacy efforts to raise awareness and push for reform through the Malachi’s Message Act
