Urgent Cherry eye operation needed

Hi my names Chris, I have an 18 month old Frug (frenchie/pug) Cross and he has developed cherry eye in both eyes which is now causing him problems.

His name is Albert and he is my boy, my life, my everything.

The operation is £700 for both eyes (managed to find a vets with a cheaper price)

Anything would be an amazing help, I just need to get my boy fixed.
