Urgent Dog bite repair

Hey there folks. Recently, my husband was bitten severely in the face by a dog. The owner of the dog fled the scene and we have currently been unable to locate him or the dog. We will now be left with crippling debt from this. We are asking for assistance to help cover the cost of the reconstruction of his nose.
